YPM WEB LLC operates the Eat With Keiko storefront and is the business responsible for the personal information described here. Its published address is 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110, United States. We use personal information only to operate this storefront, complete purchases, deliver digital products, prevent abuse, measure first-party funnel operation where permitted and answer support requests.
Information we handle
Stripe collects payment details on its hosted checkout. We receive the resulting Checkout Session identifiers, payment status, purchased items, total, Stripe customer identifier and the email attached to the order. If you contact support, we store the email, optional order reference, category and message you submit. We also record first-party page, video, checkout, offer and download events with a random visitor identifier, session identifier, coarse device type, experiment variant, referring hostname and campaign parameters supplied in the URL. Our server creates security and reliability logs that avoid payment details and secret values.
How we use and share it
We use order data to verify payment, create entitlements, provide short-lived download links, handle refunds and keep required business records. We use support data to answer the request. Stripe processes hosted checkout and payment information. Cloudflare and our access-controlled hosting infrastructure process limited technical, delivery and security data needed to operate the site and transactional/support email. We do not sell personal information. We do not use purchase or support data as newsletter consent, and no newsletter is active through the transactional/support email path.
Storage and retention
Order, entitlement and support records are stored in access-controlled first-party databases. Paid files are outside the public web root. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
Your choices and contact
You can request access, correction or deletion through the support page or at [email protected]. Some order records may need to be retained where law or fraud prevention requires it. This site uses a first-party visitor cookie plus browser session storage for attribution, experiment consistency, the exit prompt and checkout retry safety. It does not use advertising trackers or send this event stream to an advertising network.
