30-day refund policy
YPM WEB LLC offers the current 30-day satisfaction guarantee for each Eat With Keiko digital product: the $37 14-Day Plan, the optional $17 28-Day Action Pack and the separately confirmed $47 30-Dinner Plan. You may request a full refund of the price paid for an eligible product within 30 calendar days of that product's purchase if it is not useful for you. You do not need to prove a particular result.
How to request it
Submit the support form with the email used at checkout and, if available, the order or receipt reference. Choose “Refund request.” Do not send card numbers or banking details.
What happens next
Our initial response target is two business days. We verify the order and submit an eligible refund through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks and payment methods control how quickly the credit appears. Access to each refunded product ends after its refund is confirmed. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.
