Terms of purchase and use
These terms apply to digital products sold through Eat With Keiko by YPM WEB LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. Its published address is 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110, United States. By completing Stripe Checkout, you agree to these terms and the order summary shown before payment.
Digital products and license
Your purchase grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the purchased materials for personal purposes. You may print personal copies. You may not resell, publicly post, redistribute or claim the materials as your own.
Products, payment and delivery
The 14-Day Plan is $37. The optional 28-Day Action Pack is $17 and is included only if you select it before paying. The optional 30-Dinner Plan is $47 and uses a separate Checkout confirmation. These are one-time U.S.-dollar purchases, not subscriptions. Checkout shows the final order total and any tax being collected before you pay. Payment is confirmed by Stripe. After successful payment, the confirmation page provides immediate access and a transactional email sends short-lived access links to the checkout email. If that email is delayed, use the confirmation page or contact support for a verified reissue.
Educational scope
The materials provide general food and cooking education, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Individual needs and results vary. Consult an appropriate health professional about medical conditions, allergies, medications or dietary restrictions.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep downloads available and secure but may perform maintenance or replace an expired link. You are responsible for compatible PDF software, a safe device and keeping download links private. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Refunds and support
The 30-day refund policy applies separately to each purchased product. Use the support page or email [email protected] for access, order, privacy or policy questions. Our initial response target is two business days.
